strong noise fire alarm

The breakfast offered a lot of variety.

The fire alarm sounded almost ten times per day, disruptive. The noise was very strong and affected the guest's health. They could not fix it during my 4-day stay.

the hotel room was very clean. breakfast had a perfect selection. the staff was helpful (but not really good).

i found no bathrobe in the room. the mini fridge was also empty.

Excellent Stay with Great Service

breakfast selection pool area helpful staff

The breakfast buffet had many choices and the team worked well. Ms. Laxmi, Girish, Evelyn, and Tatiana were attentive. The pools are great. There is one for kids and one for adults. I used the steam and sauna area, available 24 hours! Check-in was smooth, and the staff stored our luggage for three days before our flight. The staff were helpful and nice.

The minibar was empty.

The facility is near many shops. There are always tourists present. The area is lit well. It is safer to return to the facility later at night. Police are often in the area making it feel safer.
